The Why of the Proposal
This proposal seeks to bolster security within the multisignature wallets of both Reform DAO and Hofida Limited by replacing inactive signatories with those who have a vested interest in the success of the ecosystem. By introducing investors and advisors as signers, the voting team of Reform DAO will be composed of individuals with a clear commitment to the community, ensuring transparency and agreement on every transaction.
For Hofida Limited, the goal is to introduce an additional layer of accountability by including all directors, along with the finance and legal department. The addition of these parties ensures that transactions undergo thorough review and discussion when necessary.
This approach aims to increase security by including signatories who possess significant stakes in the ecosystem, guaranteeing that decisions are made by those who have a direct interest in the well-being of the DAO and the company. In line with this, all new signatories and their associated wallets will be publicly disclosed for full transparency, providing clarity on who is approving each transaction.
