Agreed, the reflection model was smart, it just doesn’t work in bear market to keep the volume up to keep the bots running, with transferring to a DAO, there will be way much volume and more people to participate.

Yes that is right. For the sake of speed, the Directors of Hodl Finance Ltd (which is owned by the DAO) can make decisions up to 250K. Everything above will be a proposal going through the complete proposal lifecycle.
